Start online with a document copy
If you live or work in Växjö, you can start online with a copy of the document. You will then receive clear instructions on whether the case can continue digitally, whether an original should be sent by tracked post or whether personal attendance is required.
Receive a handling plan before sending the original
The initial review shows whether the document needs a new original, certified copy, signature certification, apostille, translation or legalisation. If physical post is required, you will be told which pages to send, how to label the case and what return information is needed.
When an in-person visit is required
If a signature must be witnessed or identity verified, the signatory normally needs to attend in person with the original document and valid identification. You will know this before the document is signed so the correct notarial act can be arranged.
